Professional MultiJet Printing technology for producing precise, casting-ready pure-wax patterns.

    Technical Specifications

    Print Technology: MultiJet Printing (MJP)

Accuracy: ±0.08 mm per 20 mm of part dimension

    Layer Thickness: 16 μm

    Build Volume: 294 × 212 × 138 mm

    XYZ Resolution: 1200 × 1200 × 1600 DPI

Wax Materials: YHK-601 build wax and YHK-102 support wax

    Support Wax for Complex Designs

Our wax printing process uses a separate grade of wax to support intricate features during printing. This secondary support wax is melted away during post-processing, rather than being manually cut from the finished pattern.

This process allows complex details, delicate features, and difficult-to-reach areas to be supported during production while reducing the surface marks and extensive cleanup commonly associated with traditional strut-style supports.

    • PRODUCTION TIME

Standard orders are typically produced within 2–3 business days after file approval and payment.

Bulk orders and Custom Quote projects may require additional production time. The turnaround will be confirmed after review.

    • QUALITY CHECK

Completed wax patterns are carefully inspected before being prepared for shipping or customer pickup.

    • DELIVERY

Finished wax patterns are securely packaged for shipping. Shipping time is additional to production time.

Local pickup is also available by appointment.
